Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
At Edge Electrolytes, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to try our products with peace of mind. This policy outlines our returns process, refund eligibility, and your rights as a customer.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We understand that everyone is different, and sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
That's why Edge Electrolytes offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
-
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
-
Products may be opened and trialled.
-
If a product return is required, any remaining product should be returned in its original container.
-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, defective, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
-
Original shipping charges are non-refundable under this voluntary guarantee, except where required by applicable law.
Our money-back guarantee is designed to allow customers to try our products with confidence.
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns involving products that have not been trialled:
-
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
-
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you've already opened or trialled your product, you may still qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
These voluntary return conditions do not restrict any statutory cancellation rights available to customers under applicable laws.
Faulty, Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or develops a quality issue, please contact us at enquiries@edgeelectrolytes.com.au.
We take product quality seriously and will investigate any concerns promptly.
Examples of product issues may include:
-
Damaged or compromised packaging upon delivery.
-
Incorrect or missing products.
-
Manufacturing defects.
-
Excessive clumping or changes in product condition that affect usability, despite appropriate storage.
-
Other product quality concerns.
Where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees or statutory product quality requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as provided by law.
Faulty or defective products are not subject to our voluntary 30-day return window.
Customers may contact us about product faults or quality concerns after 30 days, including where an issue develops during normal use.
We will assess these matters individually, taking into account the nature of the issue, product condition, storage circumstances, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Where required by applicable law, Edge Electrolytes will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs associated with faulty or defective products.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee and change-of-mind return period expire 30 days after delivery.
Requests outside this period may be considered at our discretion.
However, customers remain entitled to any remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, regardless of whether the 30-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns and returns made under our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to Edge Electrolytes.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for these voluntary returns, except where required by applicable law.
For products that fail to meet applicable statutory consumer guarantees, or orders cancelled under statutory rights that require return costs to be covered by the retailer, Edge Electrolytes will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, particularly for international returns.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us at enquiries@edgeelectrolytes.com.au.
When contacting us, please provide:
-
Your full name.
-
Your order number.
-
The product you wish to return.
-
The reason for your return or refund request, unless you are exercising a statutory right that does not require a reason.
-
Photographs of the product, where relevant to a quality or damage concern.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address where required.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions and minimise unnecessary shipping costs.
Nothing in this process restricts your ability to exercise statutory cancellation rights by providing valid notice within the applicable legal timeframe.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and assessed, or your refund request has otherwise been approved, we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
For refunds made under our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee or change-of-mind policy, the refund will generally cover the eligible product purchase price, excluding original shipping charges and return postage.
Where applicable consumer protection laws require additional amounts to be refunded, including original delivery charges, taxes, or return shipping costs, those requirements will be honoured.
All statutory refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable law.
International Returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases made from Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns and claims under our 30-day money-back guarantee, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Where a product is faulty or defective, or a customer exercises an applicable statutory cancellation right, return shipping and refund arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers should contact us before returning products internationally so we can provide the appropriate shipping and customs instructions.
Additional statutory consumer rights may apply depending on your country, state, or province of residence, as outlined below.
United Kingdom – Statutory Cancellation Rights
Customers in the United Kingdom may have additional cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For eligible online purchases, customers generally have the right to cancel their order without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving their goods.
For contracts involving regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the statutory cancellation period may instead run from receipt of the first delivery.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Edge Electrolytes of their decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period by emailing enquiries@edgeelectrolytes.com.au or otherwise providing a clear cancellation notice.
Customers may use the optional cancellation form provided below, but are not required to do so.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies:
-
Customers must generally return the relevant goods within 14 days of notifying us of their cancellation.
-
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where this responsibility was disclosed before purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
-
Where an entire eligible order is cancelled, refunds will include the product purchase price and the original standard delivery charge.
-
Where an upgraded delivery service was selected, any additional cost above the least expensive qualifying standard delivery option is not required to be refunded.
-
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, where goods must be returned, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
-
Where permitted by law, deductions may apply for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Certain statutory cancellation exceptions may apply, including to qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
These exceptions will only be applied where legally applicable and do not remove the benefits of our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
Faulty Products – United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
These rights may include a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days, as well as further remedies where faults become apparent later.
Where a customer validly rejects faulty goods under applicable UK law, Edge Electrolytes will provide the required refund and cover reasonable return costs in accordance with that law.
These rights apply independently of our voluntary money-back guarantee.

Canada – Statutory Consumer Rights
Customers in Canada may have additional cancellation, refund, and product quality rights under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws.
These rights vary by province and apply independently of our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
Online Purchase Cancellations
Under applicable provincial legislation, customers may have statutory cancellation rights in circumstances including:
-
Failure to provide mandatory information before purchase.
-
Failure to provide required contractual documentation.
-
Failure to deliver goods within the legally applicable timeframe.
-
Material misrepresentation or other breaches of consumer protection requirements.
Where a customer validly cancels an order under applicable provincial law, Edge Electrolytes will provide any required refund, including shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts where legally required.
Where required by law, Edge Electrolytes will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.
British Columbia
Under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, qualifying online purchases are subject to specific disclosure, cancellation, and refund requirements.
Customers may have the right to cancel where mandatory contract information or documentation has not been provided, or goods have not been supplied within the applicable statutory timeframe.
For qualifying statutory cancellations, Edge Electrolytes will provide the required refund without deductions within 15 days, in accordance with applicable law.
Where goods must be returned following a qualifying statutory cancellation, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with British Columbia's consumer protection requirements.
Ontario
Customers in Ontario may have cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection legislation where mandatory information has not been disclosed, contractual documentation has not been provided, or certain delivery obligations have not been met.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, Edge Electrolytes will provide the required refund and comply with the applicable refund and return procedures.
Quebec
Customers in Quebec may have additional rights relating to online purchases, statutory product warranties, cancellations, and refunds under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and other applicable legislation.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, Edge Electrolytes will comply with the applicable cancellation procedures, refund deadlines, and return shipping obligations.
For qualifying statutory cancellations requiring reimbursement within 15 days, refunds will be processed within that timeframe.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the goods and transaction.
Nothing in this policy restricts any non-excludable legal warranty or consumer protection available to Canadian customers.
United States – Statutory Consumer Rights
Customers in the United States may have additional rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
There is no general nationwide statutory right to return an online purchase solely because a customer has changed their mind.
However, customers remain protected by applicable laws relating to defective products, misleading representations, order fulfilment, and refund policies.
Delayed or Unfulfilled Orders
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, applicable online orders must be shipped within the timeframe represented to the customer or, where no timeframe is specified, generally within 30 days.
If Edge Electrolytes cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the customer with the option to consent to a revised shipping timeframe or cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund, as required by law.
Where a refund is required under this rule, it will include the amounts required by law, including applicable shipping and handling charges, and will be processed within the required timeframe.
State Consumer Protection Rights
Certain US states have additional requirements relating to refund policy disclosures, product warranties, and consumer remedies.
Edge Electrolytes will honour applicable state consumer protection requirements, including any mandatory refunds or remedies for defective, incorrectly described, or unfulfilled orders.
Our refund conditions, timeframes, and any applicable return costs are disclosed in this policy.
Customers may request a written or electronic copy of our Returns & Refunds Policy by contacting enquiries@edgeelectrolytes.com.au.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable federal or state laws.
Subscription Orders
Products purchased through a recurring subscription are eligible for returns and refunds under the same voluntary conditions outlined in this policy.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
However, statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply to qualifying subscription purchases, regardless of whether an order has already been processed.
For information about managing or cancelling future subscription deliveries, please refer to our Cancellation & Subscription Policy.
Consumer Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
Consumer rights relating to faulty, defective, unsafe, incorrectly described, or undelivered products are not restricted by our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee or return conditions.
Customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States may have additional statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable to their purchases.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
