I have used Edge in the past and had great results, but with the pandemic I haven’t been on the bike for over twelve months. However a few weeks ago I rode the Great Otway & Ocean Classic 204klm as I had already entered and paid for the ride before Covid-19. As it was postponed for twelve months and isolating was the norm, I had lost all interest and therefore did not train for this ride.
But I was determined and didn’t want to waste my entry fee. So I stocked up on Edge and the results were amazing. Not only did I achieve around 60 pb’s on certain segments in the ride but I did not cramp once, had a good reserve of energy for the hills and finished the ride without any physical problem. Bike held up well too... lol. Recovery was great and still no cramping, so hats off to Edge, just an amazing product with amazing results, would highly recommend to any athlete as this is a must product.
