I used the athlete hydration powder at a recent hard enduro motorcycle event, I usually struggle with cramps and muscle fatigue. This time I had a minor cramp but nothing like I use to get and also felt much better after the race. I’ll be continuing to use this now, would have given it 5 stars if it tasted a bit better but a splash of lime juice makes it better.
