We will fully refund any unopened and unused sachets, no questions asked. For example, if you've ordered a 'Twelve Pack', and you'd like to return eleven sachets, we will pro-rata refund you for any returned sachets. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days and the refunded funds will appear in your bank account 1-3 business days after.
